Increased Ga-68 PSMA uptake in two splenic lesions (SUVmax: 18.38; spleen SUVmax: 7.25).

Case Notes

Splenic hemangioma is the most common benign neoplasm of the spleen. They are usually PSMA avid and should be kept in mind as a potential pitfall.
