Multiple metastases in the skeletal system with increased F-18 NaF uptake.

Case Notes

F-18 NaF PET is more sensitivite than MDP bone scan for detection of skeletal metastases in prostate cancer. However, PSMA PET is at least as sensitive as NaF PET and can also detect soft tissue metastases.
